Freight Policy

If your account is current, Stenten's will pay the freight on your order of $1000 or more if shipped within the continental USA to a commercial address.  In shipping an order of $1000 to Canada or Mexico, Stenten's will calculate and give you credit for the freight charges nearest your destination.

Items NOT included in this policy are our Suite Seats and Vinyl Seat Skins.  Also not included are Rear Seat Kits, Cargo Boxes & Tops.

However, Stenten's will pay the freight for Rear Seats, Cargo Boxes or tops included on any order that totals $1500 or more.

Please note that the customer is responsible for additional charges on any shipment requiring a "call before delivery" from the carrier, lift-gate services or residential address changes.

Any shipment arriving visually damaged must be immediatedly noted to the carrier and Stenten's Golf Cart Acc., Inc.

Return Policy

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back. Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from us.  The RMA number must be clearly displayed on all returned boxes.  Items must be in new and unused condition.  No credit will be authorized on the following items:

  • Returns out of Warranty
  • Special Order items
  • Items that were clearly damaged from improper installation

All items will be inspected and credit or exchange will be determined at that time.

Out of Warranty Products

Do not send any product for repair without calling our Tech Department first.

Returns and Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges can be made at our warehouse, or by mail. Please call our Sales Center, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.

Returning by mail

  • Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail, UPS or FedEx. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel. 
Please Note: We will not accept CODs.
  • Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
