Stenten’s Freight Policy

For Orders within the Continental USA:

  • Complimentary Freight: For any order totaling $1500 or more, Stenten’s covers all freight costs, provided that:
    • The delivery address is commercial.
    • Your account status is current.

Exclusions: The following items are excluded from the standard freight policy:

  • Bodies
  • Bulk Cooler Orders
  • Limo Kits
  • Motors
  • Rear Seat Kits
  • Replacement Seat Cushions
  • Suite Seats
  • Tires & Wheels
  • Tops
  • Vinyl Seat Skins
  • Windshield Frames


  • Orders totaling $2000 or more will qualify for Stenten’s to cover freight for the above-excluded items.

For Orders to Canada or Mexico:

  • Freight Credit: On orders of $1500 or more, Stenten’s will assess and apply a freight credit equivalent to the charges for the nearest destination point.

Additional Charges:

  • Customers are liable for extra fees associated with special delivery services such as:
    • Scheduled delivery calls.
    • Lift-gate services.
    • Changes to residential delivery addresses.

Damaged Shipments:

  • Report any visible damage upon arrival immediately to the carrier and to Stenten’s Golf Cart Accessories, Inc.

Account Eligibility:

  • Quantity Price Breaks and the Free Freight Policy are exclusive to accounts in good standing.

  • For faster delivery options, please contact us for a pricing estimate.

Return Policy

Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back. Before returning any merchandise, a return authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from us.  The RMA number must be clearly displayed on all returned boxes.  Items must be in new and unused condition.  No credit will be authorized on the following items:

  • Returns out of Warranty
  • Special Order items
  • Items that were clearly damaged from improper installation

All items will be inspected and credit or exchange will be determined at that time.

Out of Warranty Products

Do not send any product for repair without calling our Tech Department first.

Returns and Exchanges 

Returns and exchanges can be made at our warehouse, or by mail. Please call our Sales Center, if you wish to return or cancel an order placed online.

Returning by mail

  • Within the US: Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail, UPS or FedEx. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel. 
Please Note: We will not accept CODs.
  • Outside the US: Ship goods prepaid, by insured ground shipping. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write “U.S. Goods returning” on the outside of the package.
